The depth of each step fits your project. We agree on deliverables and responsibilities before work begins.
Let’s map out your project ↗We start with your customers, the way your business works and the problem worth solving. I ask what success looks like before recommending features or a stack.
A clear problem, priorities and success criteria
We map the user journey, agree on the essential features and break the work into reviewable milestones. Dependencies, data flows, budget and tradeoffs are discussed before implementation.
Agreed scope, technical approach and delivery milestones
I build the interface, business logic and integrations in focused increments. You review working progress at agreed checkpoints, with scope changes discussed before they become extra work.
Working software, reviewable changes and regular demos
Security starts in the design: permissions, server-side validation and protected credentials. Before release, I check critical journeys, failure states, accessibility and performance against the agreed requirements.
Tested workflows and a documented release checklist
We choose hosting that fits the product and budget. Where included in the scope, I configure environments, automated build and test checks, deployment, monitoring and a rollback path.
A production release and a repeatable deployment process
You receive the code, access and documentation needed to operate the product. We review how it works, agree on any ongoing support and prioritize the next improvements around business needs.

05 / BEFORE WE TALK
A little context on the work,
the process and the partnership.
I work with B2B SaaS founders, CTOs of small product teams and web or marketing agencies. Typical work includes MVPs, dashboards, backends, AI integrations and improvements to existing applications. I am an independent engineer, so you work directly with the person planning, building and reviewing the implementation.
Yes. I can start with a focused feature, a dashboard workflow, an integration or a codebase review. The first step is understanding your application, conventions and constraints. We agree on a manageable scope and a review process so the changes fit the product your team already maintains.
We begin with a 15-minute scoping call to understand the user problem, current systems and desired outcome. I then define the proposed deliverables, dependencies and acceptance criteria. The schedule and engagement are agreed for that scope before implementation starts; changes are discussed explicitly as the work progresses.
Yes. I can provide white-label application engineering for an agency’s project. We agree on responsibilities, client communication, confidentiality and handover before starting. I work with your designs and repository process, with reviewable changes and clear progress updates suited to the way your agency delivers work.
I use Claude, Claude Code and ChatGPT to assist with exploration, boilerplate and development tasks. I own the architecture, review the changes and test the important paths. Automation tools such as treg, Apify and Apollo support relevant workflows; they do not replace engineering judgment or project-specific access controls.
I am based in Tangier, Morocco and work remotely. At the start of an engagement, we agree on communication channels, review points and an overlap window for your team. The work is shared through a repository with concise progress updates, documented decisions and a handover appropriate to the project.
