01 / WHY THIS PROJECT
The problem worth solving.
Real estate businesses need a centralized place to manage properties, projects, clients and documents. The interface has to make relationships between records understandable and support the operational work around them, from navigating large datasets to updating and exporting information without losing context.
02 / THE APPROACH
From requirements to a working product.
I built the frontend architecture and dashboard interface with Next.js 15 and TypeScript. RTK Query coordinates data across 15 entities. A reusable bulk-operations framework supports multi-record workflows, with smart Excel and CSV exports and a French/English interface backed by more than 500 translation keys.
